This company has been outstanding. We’ve used them twice now. They answer immediately, schedule service quickly, come to the appointment on time and prepared, explain the issue well, don’t try to oversell, and make quick and effective repairs. Good experience with this company. Arrived on the day scheduled, within the time window, and called to let me know how far away following the previous service call. The technician arrived, surveyed the work required and let me know estimated repairs. Jamie held 27+ years experience, answered my questions so that I could understand additional work to benefit my garage door operation. Cost commensurate to the work I requested.

Had my annual garage door tune up. Jamie was my technician. He showed up on time. Worked quickly to ensure all of the door functions were working properly. He was polite and professional. He recommended replacing some trim so will be having that done soon. Jamie has worked on my garage door a few times and always does good work. I always get my annual maintenance to keep things running well and for safety. Overhead is easy to schedule with and I think does good work for the price.

The service for this company was impeccable. Originally I called overhead first but it was after their hours of operation, and in my haste I made An appointment with another company for the next day, the next day not only did the second company no show me I had To call several time and they still did not show up. I called Overhead and luckily enough the owner Jaime was still willing to help me. Not only did he fix the problem he educated me on proper garage installation. I am So grateful! Thank you Jaime! This is an excellent company that you know you can trust. Call them!

Our technician was one of the friendliest, most knowledge and patient person we've encountered in quite a while. Not to mention timely. Arrived in less than an hour. Had a bit of an emergency with a guest's car stuck in the garage. He fixed the issue within 30 minutes, so we then ask for assistance with My-Q, which now works perfectly. Definitely switching to Pensacola Overhead Door for our properties. Thank you OHD!!!

The best service in Pensacola. My springs broke on my garage. I called them. They came out same day and fixed it. Such great service such a kind owner who really truly cares about his customers and values hard work. We are so thankful we were able to find them.

My daughter and her team mates lease a house in Pensacola, FL. When there's issues, I often get called. : ) I live in Mobile, AL. Recently, the garage door had jumped off the track and the girls were not able to correct the problem. Within 1.5 hours, a tech had arrived, repaired what they could (the door is old), had the door functioning and then the bill paid- all over the phone. Excellent, quick and friendly service. Prompt service - fair pricing. They showed up on time and fixed my issue. The technician was knowledgeable and quickly made the necessary repairs - even gave some recommended adjustments for better door operation. Highly recommend.

The prices were fair and the technician was great and efficient. Able to answer all of my questions and even saved me money. I hired them to repair my garage door but i had planned on replacing the motor by myself later on. I explained what it was doing and that i thought the control board had gone out. The technician told me he had a spare boards brand new i could buy for 1/3 of the price and they were interchangeable. I would definitely use them again.

Pleasant, Prompt and Professional! The receptionist called the day prior to confirm my appointment. The tech called prior to arriving and arrived on time. The install took approx 1 hour. He explained everything thoroughly while he worked. Customer service was excellent. I'm very pleased with my purchase

Amazing customer service and prompt callback to set up appointment. They came and were not able to fix my garage door. Due to me needing a new one. The person who came out in an attempt to fix the door was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

Company came out the sane day as my phone call to check out our garage door issues, went over the suggested repairs and gave us a date to return and repair. I asked if they could come sooner then the scheduled date to accommodate my schedule and they said they would keep me posted. We'll they next day I got a call to come sooner and accommodate my schedule. I was happy they took note of that and remembered! Very polite repairman and garage door is working great! Thank you

Called for appt. and the tech was out the next morning about 9:30. Which was good since the window for the tech to show was between 9-12am. A broken spring had to be replaced, and the tech finished in about 30 min. When I requested repair, I was not asked the brand of the door or size of the garage door I have. I don't know if springs are all universal so I don't know if the size is correct. I wasn't here for the install or to ask questions. My wife was at home for the work to be done. Overall the service was very good. I can not say if the price was reasonable since I did not price shop. Although I went on reviews, and that this company is accredited with the BBB and has an A+ rating with no customer complaints.

Overhead did a great job. The installer was very nice, prompt, and professional. It was a seamless process to pay and everything considering what is going on with the virus. The tech took safety measures he wore gloves and we stayed so many feet away. He didn't get offended with me wiping and Lysoling everything down. Lol

I was able to get an appointment the day after I called. The tech who arrived quickly found the problem and gave me two options for repair, including the cost of each. Also, I was given a discount for being a military retiree. Great company!

They came out to my house after we moved because my door wouldn't work properly. They recommended a new door and within a week they were out to replace it. They did a great job installing my new door! Great company!
