Jaime came out and repaired our door promptly (replaced the springs) and saved us a ton of money over another company that gave us a quote last night. He was friendly, professional, and honest!

Jamie was great
They replaced my snapped garage door spring.
Reasonable price & they showed up right when they said they would!
Since Friday I tried contacting 6 garage door companies: Overhead Door & Operator were the only ones to actually answer their phone. Everything else was all overseas call centers & impenetrable ai systems. -and one other company was a no-notice no-show.

I want to give a superb recommendation to Jamie and Pensacola Overhead Door & Operator.
From the very beginning, everything was outstanding. Setting up the appointment was easy, Jamie showed up right on time, and the service was quick and professional. He replaced the torsion springs on my garage door and took the time to explain everything he was doing and answer my questions.
What really stood out was Jamie’s professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to make sure I understood the repair. The entire experience—from scheduling the appointment to completing the job—was absolutely first-class.
Jamie did an outstanding job, and Pensacola Overhead Door & Operator should be proud to have him on their team. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing garage door service.
Thank you, Jamie, for a job extremely well done!
